Are the Staff Members of SWAT Certified?
Yes! All of our staff members are required to complete a RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) course and NJ TIPs certification.
Does SWAT Provide the Alcohol?
SWAT does not provide the alcohol, we are like a traveling BYOB! However, if you decide to hire SWAT, we will provide you with a custom bar checklist based on your guest count and what you would like served. The checklist will cover everything from alcohol to glassware and mixers, which makes shopping nice and easy. It is a cost efficient as you are purchasing / renting directly from the retailer. If you would like to treat your guests to something special, we can also suggest a few specialty cocktails customized to your likes and event. For a small fee, we can even create a custom bar menu !
Does SWAT Provide the Food ?
We are not "caterers," so we do not provide the food, but we can provide you with experienced Chefs and Servers for your party needs. Our Chefs and Servers will prep, heat, set up, and clean up food that you provide or is provided by a caterer or place of your choosing. We have partnered with some pretty awesome catering companies that we can recommend that best fit your event and menu style.
Does SWAT Provide the Ice, Mixers, and Garnishes for the Bar?
Yes! We can provide disposable bar items for a small fee and offer nonalcoholic beverage packages. Our packages include mixers, garnishes, toss ware etc. We can also recommend local rental companies for glassware, China, tables, coolers, etc., as well as delivery companies for ice, beer, and soda.
My Venue Requires Insurance, What Does SWAT Carry?
We carry $1 million in both General and Liquor Liability coverage, and can supply a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon hiring SWAT. We can also add you and the venue to the COI as an additional insured if required. A small fee may apply depending on the details of your event.
